Keep Love. Protect Family From Violence, this was the slogan of the concert organized by Promo-Lex Association on June 24 to close the joint project "Promoting respect for women's rights in Moldova by combating gender-based violence" implemented by the Promo-LEX Association in partnership with RCTV Memoria and the Association against Violence "Casa Mărioarei".

The square of the Cathedral “Nașterea Domnului” was crowded with people, especially families, who came to attend a very varied program: traditional and modern music, songs and dance performed by Surorile Osoianu, Plăieșii, Mărțisor, Ghiulnara Răileanu, Andrei Glavan, Tatiana Vârlan, Mariana Bulicanu, Vitalie Advahov, Tania Cerga, Eva Timuş, Guz, Lavinia Rusu, Diana Brescan, Ionela Țăruș, Dumitru Mâțu, Gloria Gorceac, Felicia Dunaf, Teo-Dance Studio, the students and professors of the school “Ciprian Porumbescu” and last but not least, the Symphonic orchestra directed by Dumitru Cârciumaru.

During the evening, the campaign "Protect the family of violence" was exposed to the public and Mrs Ludmila Popovici, executive director of the Centre Memoria, also pronounced a few words about this topic. In this relaxed and joyful atmosphere, the organizators were able to convey the message of the project and campaign: no kind of domestic violence can be tolerated, this problem concerns the whole society, and finally, it is most important to help victims by reporting cases.
